Pastry Sous Chef - 5* Hotel - Central London

A Pastry Sous Chef is required a luxury 5* Hotel based in Central London.

The Pastry Sous Chef will be required to step into a leading role in the Head Chef’s absence, so experience to at least Sous level within a 5* hotel environment or award winning restaurant is essential.

The Pastry Sous chef will be required to work 7 shifts per week.

A very competetive salary of £35,000 will be paid to the Pastry Sous Chef.

The Pastry Sous Chef position is available immediately.
