A world famous 5* luxury hotel based in Central London is looking for a Pastry Sous chef to join its team. As Pastry Sous chef, you will be producing pastry and deserts for the hotels fine dining restaurant, banquets and private dining, room service and afternoon tea service. As Pastry Sous chef you will be required to work 5 days per week, 12 hours per day and will be paid a very competitive salary of £31k per year, plus service charge. All candidates will need to have experience within a similar role for at least a year. The Pastry Sous Chef position is available immediately.
